It is the work with which everything began. 30 years ago, Ludwig Baumann, who himself embodied the role of Papageno 367 times on stages around the world, wanted to perform Mozart's Magic Flute at a gravel pit lake. For weeks, rehearsals took place. Then came the rain – and the brilliant idea to move the event to the newly built riding hall. The IMMLING FESTIVAL was born!
